With WCOG 2026 beginning in just three months on 30 September in New Delhi, now is the time to arrange your visa. A valid Conference Visa is required for all international delegates traveling to India.
For most countries, Conference Visa processing typically takes around one month, although in some cases it may take up to two. We therefore recommend submitting your application as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing.
Please note that delegates requiring an invitation letter must submit their request by 30 June. A letter will only be issued after registration is complete, full payment has been received, and the necessary passport details have been submitted through the online registration portal.
